Giving Service in O.A. has never been about how smart, educated or experienced we are. It has been about having an imperfect willing heart, imperfect gratitude for one more day of recovery and imperfect practicing of the Third Step, trusting that HP will give us whatever we need to carry out his will.
Don’t forget about the August 6, 2016, Step 3 & Tradition 3 Workshop in Brunswick, Georgia. Find out more in the newsletter!

2 OA workshops planned!
Help spread the good news about the two upcoming OA workshops in the North Florida/South Georgia area. Attending an OA workshop is an awesome way to work one’s program. Keep reading for details about these two OA workshops:
The NFI groups in Georgia are hosting a workshop on August 6, 2016, from 1-4 p.m. at the Southeast Georgia Health System – Brunswick Campus Hospital. The workshop focus is on Step 3 and Tradition 3. Can’t wait to see all of you up there!
In October, NFI will host a “Surviving the Holidays” workshop similar to what we had last year. The holidays can be challenging, so why not boost your program with this inspiring workshop to be held at the Lakewood United Methodist Church?
Please talk about these workshops at your group meetings. Also, don’t forget about the Fall Retreat in Amelia Island and the March 2017 SOAR 8 Recovery Convention and Business Assembly in downtown Jacksonville!
